Middle Level Home for Young Ladies
Collected
$8.4 MDP
The HSNM project (Hogar de Señoritas de Nivel Medio) arises as a concrete response to a growing need: to offer decent, safe and functional housing to our high school students. It is a far-reaching initiative that seeks to expand the current dormitory infrastructure, thus making it possible to serve more students who wish to be part of our educational community.

Over the years, the number of young women interested in joining our school and university has been increasing. This demand, however, has exceeded our current housing capacity. Therefore, the HSNM project not only represents a physical expansion, but also an opportunity for inclusion for more young ladies who yearn to receive a comprehensive education in an environment that promotes values, personal growth and academic achievement.

With your support, this vision can become a reality. Each donation brings us closer to the goal of offering more spaces, more opportunities and, above all, more lives transformed through education. Your generosity will be part of this story of impact.

With the firm commitment to strengthen academic quality and provide close support to our students, the expansion of Building A, known as “Annex A”, has been put into operation. This new space has been designed to house individual offices for teachers, with the aim of responding to the growing demand for counseling and strengthening the link between teachers and students.

The incorporation of these cubicles will contribute to create a more suitable environment for personalized academic attention, which will significantly enrich the teaching-learning process. This initiative arises in response to a real need identified by our educational community, and seeks to consolidate a space that favors integral academic development.

With the support of alumni, families, and friends of the institution, this vision can become a reality. Each contribution represents a direct investment in the formation of new generations and in the educational excellence that distinguishes us.

This project was born as a solution to a recurring situation: the constant traffic of neighbors in the central area of the university. While we value the relationship with our external community, it is also a priority to safeguard the safety and well-being of our students.

Therefore, a new scheme has been designed to maintain access to neighbors without compromising the integrity of student spaces. The proposal contemplates the implementation of controlled circuits, which clearly and safely organize circulation within the campus.

This system respects and protects key areas of university use, such as the health trail and the access to the student camp, areas widely used by our students for physical activities such as walking, cycling and running.

The project seeks to balance coexistence with the community environment, without jeopardizing the academic and recreational dynamics of our students. Your support will strengthen these spaces, ensuring an orderly, healthy and safe environment for all.

As part of the institutional commitment to the security and wellbeing of the entire university community, the construction of an on-campus housing unit for the head of the security area and his family, consisting of his wife and son, has been promoted.

This project, known as the “Cabaña de Vigilancia”, has as its main objective to strengthen the presence and response of security personnel, facilitating their continued stay within the facilities. By offering them a dignified and functional home, we not only recognize their work, but also promote a more efficient and closer surveillance.

The cabin is designed with the essential spaces for a comfortable family life: living-dining room, kitchen, service yard, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. This initiative also contributes to creating a safer environment for students, teachers and visitors.

The objective of this project is to strengthen institutional ties through quality hospitality, in accordance with the principles of service and excellence that characterize our university. Providing an adequate space for those who visit us not only enhances the experience, but also consolidates long-term cooperative ties.

Plantel Tuxtla

$12 MDP
The university auditorium, located in an old building lacking institutional identity, has required a profound intervention with the objective of improving its functionality, projection and alignment with the corporate image of our university.

The remodeling has involved a significant structural renovation, which included the removal of columns, beams and slabs to optimize the interior space, improve visibility and the user experience. This transformation not only responds to functional needs, but also to aesthetic and strategic ones.

In addition, the building is located in a privileged area in the center of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. This location allows the auditorium to function not only as an institutional space, but also as a point of communication and visual impact to the external community.

This project seeks to project a modern image that is coherent with the values of our institution, strengthen the sense of belonging and make the most of the urban visibility of the campus. With your support, we will make this space a symbol of renewal, identity and university projection.
